Elite Fitness bootcamp
Elite Fitness “Bootcamp” class is a fusion of resistance training, cardio, sports drills and an array of new and exciting exercises to keep you constantly challenged. Our 30 minute sessions will give you a MAJOR CALORIE BURN!!! (Ladies, you can expect to burn a minimum of 450+ cals per workout; gentlemen, you can expect to burn 600+ cals).
- Monday- Thursday (16+ monthly sessions)
- 6am, 6:15pm
- All classes are 30 minutes
- Saturday Classes to be announced
