Elite Fitness Bootcamp

Elite Fitness “Bootcamp” class is a fusion of resistance training, cardio, sports drills and an array of new and exciting exercises to keep you constantly challenged.

Our 30 minute sessions will give you a:
MAJOR CALORIE BURN!!!

(Ladies, you can expect to burn a minimum of 450+ cals per workout; gentlemen, you can expect to burn 600+ cals).  

Weekly Schedule

Classes:

  • Mondays through Thursdays

  • 6:00am or 6:00pm

  • All classes are 30 minutes

  • Saturday classes to be announced
